Peach Blossom: A sweet and refreshing beer cocktail

One of the latest trends to hit cities like Toronto and New York is the "beer cocktail". Ontario craft beer, with its fresh, full flavour and range of styles, makes a perfect ingredient for trendy new beer cocktails. Beer-tenders across North America are beginning to take notice and experiment with new recipes in bars and restaurants.
Ingredients:
- 1oz of Peach Schnapps
- 1oz of Orange Juice
- Nickel Brook Organic White beer
- Lemon Wheel
Pour all ingredients into a Nickel Brook traditional wheat beer glass. Float Lemon wheel in drink.
