Coconut Lobster Shooter

Servings: 8
Ingredients:
- 1 East Coast lobster tail
- 1 cup A Taste Of Thai Coconut milk
- 4 tsp TABASCO® Brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp Espresso coffee
- 1 tsp Lobster paste
Directions
- Cook and cut the lobster tail meat into one inch sized pieces.
- Heat the coconut milk and add the coffee, TABASCO® Brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce and lobster essence to taste.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Put a lobster piece in a shooter glass and 1-2 oz of seasoned coconut milk and serve.
