Coconut Lobster Shooter

Coconut Lobster ShooterServings: 8

Ingredients: 

  • 1 East Coast lobster tail
  • 1 cup A Taste Of Thai Coconut milk
  • 4 tsp TABASCO® Brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp Lobster paste

Directions

  1. Cook and cut the lobster tail meat into one inch sized pieces.
  2. Heat the coconut milk and add the coffee, TABASCO® Brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce and lobster essence to taste.
  3. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Put a lobster piece in a shooter glass and 1-2 oz of seasoned coconut milk and serve.
